To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused and in original packaging

Item must be in the same condition as received
Important: Supplier-Based Fulfillment
As we partner with multiple trusted suppliers, return approvals, processes, and resolutions may vary depending on the product and supplier.
We will always advocate on your behalf and guide you through the process.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Opened or used consumable products (including cocktail infusions, drink mixes, or food-related items)

Perishable goods

Final sale items (if applicable)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
Once reviewed and approved:

A replacement will be sent, or

A refund will be issued if a replacement is unavailable
Requests submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
