Refund & Return Policy

At Crafted Cocktail Concierge, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a clear, fair return experience.


Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

All return requests are reviewed and must be approved before items are sent back.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Item must be in the same condition as received


Important: Supplier-Based Fulfillment

As we partner with multiple trusted suppliers, return approvals, processes, and resolutions may vary depending on the product and supplier.

We will always advocate on your behalf and guide you through the process.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used consumable products (including cocktail infusions, drink mixes, or food-related items)

  • Perishable goods

  • Final sale items (if applicable)


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement will be sent, or

  • A refund will be issued if a replacement is unavailable

Requests submitted after 72 hours may not be eligible for resolution.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • If covered, we will provide instructions or a return label when applicable


Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for processing


Shipping Information

  • We currently ship within the United States only

  • Shipping times may vary depending on the supplier fulfilling your order

    Orders may ship separately depending on the supplier.
